The deadline for early registration is shifted till June 15 July 1, and the deadline for uploading final camera-ready papers is now April 24 May 30. If the COVID-19 situation does not allow us to hold the event during either of those dates and the conference be cancelled those papers approved for publication will be available through IEEE Xplore anyway. Hopefully this will not become necessary.
